Rescheduling or Canceling Your Pre-Paid Appointment:

You can easily reschedule or cancel your pre-paid appointment prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please do not send an email to cancel or to reschedule. Simply send us a text to 304-220-4042 .

If you cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a credit will be placed on your account to use anytime up to 6 months.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged full price. Please understand that when cancelling within the 24 hours, it is difficult to get your appointment time filled with another client.  Remember, your appointment is reserved specifically for you!
