therapeutic bodywork policies

In order to obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. 

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment, as we will usually have our office door locked when in session. Your therapy session will begin promptly at the time scheduled. 

We send email confirmations 48 hours before your appointment and a reminder text 28 hours before your appointment.

Documentation: Please assure you have completed the online client intake form that is sent to the email address you provided.

To assure everyone has a positive experience, we ask that you turn your cell phones on silent during your session.

IMPORTANT:

You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment anytime prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.  Simply change or cancel your appointment while logged in your account on our website or by calling/texting us at 304-220-4042.

If you cancel or reschedule, a credit will be placed on your account to use anytime within 6 months if you prepaid for your service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our massage sessions are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize that our clients time and that of the massage therapist is valuable and as such, have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. 

CHILDREN:

Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete and sign the online client intake form that will be emailed to email provided, before receiving services and the minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room the entire length of the service. 

We do not provide massage services for children under the age of 15.
